A Generous land with strong flavours

The heart of the Appennino keeps ancient traditions of Norcineria with good taste of earth: mushrooms, wild game and truffles from the woods, herbs and tasty meats skilfully preserved. Not to be missed: “Torta al testo” (a sort of plain pizza cooked on a hot plate), “friccò” (red lamb or goose stew). Regarding wines: red and strong as Rosso di Montefalco or white and deep like Verdicchio from the nearby city of Jesi.
